Product catalogue details uploaded by you.
Customer and order records that are not required for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
Non-mandatory app settings and preferences.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained if required for legal compliance, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security investigation, subscription billing, payment dispute handling or legitimate business records.

Processing timeline

After successful verification, deletion requests are normally processed within 7 working days.
